Discord is the fastest way to reach the Fister team. In-game tools handle anything tied to a specific match, because they attach the round context moderators need.
Where to actually reach us
Official Discord
Main channel for account issues, login problems, appeals, privacy questions, and follow-ups on harassment or cheating.
Bug reports (in-game)
Hit Report Bug from the pause menu when something breaks mid-session. The form includes session context, which is much faster than describing the same issue later.
Player reports (in-match)
Type /report @player reason in chat on an official server. Reports land with round context for moderators.
Account email
Verification and sign-in codes come from noreply@fister.fun. It is outbound only and replies are not monitored. Use Discord for support.

@fisterdotfun for announcements, deploys, and incident updates. Mentions get read; don't use it for time-sensitive issues.
Privacy and data requests
Data export or account deletion: open a thread in the Discord support channel and flag it as a privacy request. ID verification may be required before we act.
Legal and abuse notices
Copyright, trademark, or legal-process inquiries: DM the moderators on Discord with the specifics. Include source material and a clear contact path so the team can review it.

Performance, login codes, controller setup, mid-round disconnects: the troubleshooting guide covers the quick checks. Run those first when they fit the issue. Results make support faster.
